Meet The Team

Fitz2Kleen is owned by husband and wife team  Mark and Trena Fitzmaurice.

Mark

Mark

Owner

Mark is the hands on face of Fitz2Kleen, he provides all training and guidance to the rest of the team and is at the forefront of every job.

Mark spent 25 years of his life working in engineering, before joining the fire and flood restoration industry in 2003. Since launching Fitz2Kleen in 2008 Mark has expanded his vast knowledge of the specialist cleaning industry by attending many training courses covering all aspects of cleaning, health and safety and risk awareness.

Trena

Trena

Owner

Trena joined the fire and flood industry slightly earlier in 2002 when the children had grown up and could quite often be found stripping plaster from walls or ripping out a kitchen, much to the surprise of the customer.

Trena is now the voice of Fitz2Kleen, working in the office and taking calls and making sure that all jobs are scheduled in and staff are where they are meant to be and know what they should be doing as well as providing advice and a friendly ear to customers when needed. Being fully qualified in all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning and fire and flood disaster management as well as a nursing background, ensures that all customers are treated in a caring and compassionate manner.

Vikki

Vikki

Vikki is our daughter and has been part of the business since day one. Initially taking care of the office and admin, after a short break to care for her young children, she is now supervising our cleaning team, ensuring that our high standards are met on every job and looking after our regular cleaning customers. Vikki also has experience of caring for the elderly and a fun yet compassionate nature.

Angie

Angie

Angie joined us a few months ago to carry out our regular weekly cleaning.  She quickly became a key member of the cleaning team with her bubbly personality, caring personality and excellent cleaning skills.

Lee

Lee

Lee is the newest member of our team. He joined us to help to ease the pressure of the working day. Lee ensures that the right equipment and cleaning products are on the van for the day ahead and also assists Mark on all jobs from carpet and upholstery cleaning through to property maintenance.

Having previously worked in warehousing, it is a whole new environment for Lee which he is adapting to quickly and enjoys the fact that every day is different.

If you’ve made a mess
There’s no need to stress
You just need a team
That will come in and clean
To revive your carpets
Mark is your man
I’m sure you have seen him, out in his van
So if you dream of somewhere cleaner
It just takes one call and a chat with Trena
In no time at all she will round up the team
And get to work on making your home gleam!
