I would like to share my experiences with Fitz2Kleen i don't normally write reviews but i feel Mark and his team deserve my attention. After a traumatic incident I needed a team that specialises in bio cleaning and removals. The team lead by Mark and his wife Trena were from the very start professional courteous and discreet. There communication was 100% and they fully understood mine and my families situation. There work was such a high standard that I recommended them for another job. The difference between before and after was like night and day. Nothing was too much for them. Mark in particular was a constant source of support and his knowledge and experience shone through. There costs were extremely reasonable and very competitive to other similar businesses. Over the time of Mark's support I feel he is actually a friend. I used Fitz2Kleen to make my sisters house habitable after a flooding in April 2026. They are a very professional company and give me a written quote for the work they would do, the price and timescale. The work was completed professionally and Mark did some additional work that was not even within the brief without charge e.g. unblocking both toilets upstairs and testing that the electrics were safe to use in the house after the flooding.
