Service Terms & Conditions
Site Survey: To ensure accuracy in quoting and understanding of the work required, we always request to survey for one off cleans.
Where this is not possible, quote and work carried out will be based on the clients’ specifications and NOT our own.
Estimate: The price given is a true estimate of what we expect to charge you. If there are unforeseen circumstances or alterations to customers’ requirements, that will affect the price, we will provide you with an updated estimate. You have the right to accept the price or decline. Payment will be required for any work completed up to the point you cancel.
Quote: The price quoted is the price you will pay for work requested.
Booking Deposit: We require a deposit of 50% of the invoice total to confirm booking on all one-off jobs with the balance to be paid on completion.
Payment for one off task will be invoiced on completion.
For regular on-going services, invoices will be issued as agreed before commencement of cleaning services.

£40 Will be added to invoices more than 7 days past due date.
Delay: We will endeavour to complete the work within the specified time. We are only liable for delays caused by our negligence. Any work will be completed within a reasonable time.
Where work cannot start at the agreed time due to other contractor delays, downtime will be charged at full rate for each staff member on site.
Cancellation or changes to ONE OFF BOOKINGS must be made by telephone within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged the full invoice amount.
Cancellation of REGULAR CLEANING service by either party requires a minimum 30 days’ notice.
Changes: if you would like to make any changes to what has been agreed, we would request that you confirm this in writing or other durable form (e.g. email). This will ensure both parties have appropriate records and can refer back to what was agreed. Changes to job specifications, times, frequency etc should only be discussed with management NOT with cleaning staff.
Complaints: We work in line with the Supply of Goods & Services Act, which states that any work or service carried out for you must be done with reasonable care and skill, within a reasonable time and for a reasonable charge.
Any problems with our cleaning should be raised within 48 hours of completion to arrange an inspection and rectification.
If in the unlikely event a problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
Damage: We will not be liable for any damage unless caused by our negligence
Cancellation Request

Important Information
If the goods or service is less than £42 you do not have a cancellation right.
If the work is being done as an urgent repair work or maintenance you can agree to the work starting immediately.
If you agree to the working starting during the 14 day cancellation period and then change your mind, you will have to pay for any work done, provided you were given the cancellation information.
