This is particularly important in the case of elderly and vulnerable clients.
If our staff feel that there may be a problem, they will always call back to the office to report it.
For example, It may be that the client is not feeling well, a quick call to the office and we will always notify the family.
Our cleaning team are very proud of the work they do and we often get messages from customers asking us to thank the staff for adding little personal touches, like rearranging furniture, dressing sofas with cushions and even plumping up the dog’s bed.
The finer details are very important and can often be overlooked and our team always go above and beyond the basic clean where time permits.
